Refund and Replacement Policy

1. Refund Due to Inability to Deliver Product

If, for any reason, we are unable to supply you with the product you ordered, we are obliged to fully refund the amount you paid.

  • Reason: This applies if supplying the product becomes impossible due to out-of-stock situations, logistic problems, or any other unexpected circumstances.
  • Timeframe: In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible, and your refund process will be initiated within 3 business days. The total time for processing the refund will depend on your payment method (e.g., credit card, mobile banking, etc.).

2. Defective or Incorrect Product

We want to ensure you always receive the correct and perfect product. However, if you receive a Defective or Incorrect product, you are eligible for a Replacement.

Eligibility:

The product is broken, torn, non-functional, or different from the product you ordered (e.g., wrong color, size, model).

Replacement Request:

You must inform us within 2 days of receiving the defective or incorrect product. Please contact our Customer Support with detailed information and clear pictures showing the defect or error.

Proof:

For the replacement request, the product’s original packaging, tags, and all related documents must be intact. To be considered eligible for a replacement, the product must be unused and in resaleable condition (unless the defect is not due to usage).

Process:

After verifying your claim, we will arrange for a replacement with the same new product as soon as possible. If a replacement is not possible or the item is out of stock, we may offer you a refund.

Important Note:

  • The cost of returning the product for replacement may initially need to be borne by the customer, but we will refund that cost or adjust it in the replacement fee if your claim is deemed valid.
